Happy Monday - It is a beautiful day today. There is snow in the mountains - Rain here to get the dust and fires out. I had a great weekend with Family and friends at the house. My lessons learned for the week are that I am so blessed - I think I forget that I live an amazing life and have the simple abundance that is often overlooked. I really minimized the bombardment of the black/cyber/sales/consumer/keep up with the whoevers - and it made things quieter at home. I was able to focus on the people that are important. My wife and I got out to the movies a couple of times and we really enjoyed it. We tried a few new recipes and I think we have some winners for our reduced sugar pies, fudge and cookies. Thank you swerve, stevia and Walden farms. some of the recipes are in my cook book if you are curious. I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving and found something to be grateful for. I hope everyone has a fantastic week on this journey of life.
