Good Morning and Happy Monday. It is an amazing day today. I have had a busy week. From the food and lessons learned perspective - I was able to do a holiday pot luck and by keeping the portion size and food macro concept in mind I was able to sample a lot of favorites with out blowing the meal out of proportion. It was really freeing to just enjoy the day without freaking out about the food demons. It is a tool that you have all passed on here by sharing your experiences. On a personal note - I got to meet my sons fiancée as they flew into town for the weekend - haven't seen the kid for a couple of years so it was nice to physically connect with him. I am so proud of the man he has become. Great moment in life. I hope you all have a great week and pursue your goals on this adventure.
