I was doing ok, breakfast, lunch and then I was so tired coming from work I stopped at the farmers market to get some vegetables to make something when I got home and I had a tug of war and instead stopped at Wendys and got some chili with cheese and onion. Driving away I remembered I wasn't suppose to have beans on Keto but I could smell the chili and I was hungry and really didn't feel like cooking so I said "what the the heck". and as soon as I got in the house got comfortable and really enjoyed that chili and even added a little sour cream. well there goes Keto today. I then went to the refrig and had sugar free ice cream and blackberries which tasted delicious but already I could feel the fat cells bloating up.
