I'm trying but still I have been doing some cheating. getting really tired of these heavy calorie breakfasts and really crave for toast. I know there's a way to make bread on keto but looking at the recipes it does not sound that good to me. the almond flour panncakes look good and have to make up some maple tasting topping but still just one pancake! I don't think so.

This is purely psychology, but if you want more than one pancake you can always make a handful of smaller ones that would end up being the same amount as a big one.

Have you tried a MIM. It is flax meal Here is one recipe https://www.atkins.ca/recipes/muffin-in-a-minute/165 It is quite good. I add a bit more butter than that recipe
