I binged again last night. last of the chocolate chips went in the trash. went to the gym again this morning and going home to meal prep now. prayers appreciated. feeling that fire of determination welling back up...i need it to come back so bad!!! i have been watching british baking show again and i think that is triggering me too....its crazy how i think it really does!!!!!
