I managed to do 1.5 miles on the treadmill last night, in 35 minutes. I realize that doesn't seem very fast, but for me it's a personal victory. I was sweating like no tomorrow by the end, but so happy that I did it. I'm going to have to go again tonight. 🤓

We can't compare ourselves to anyone else. All we can do is focus on being better than we were yesterday. That is a fantastic accomplishment! You'll be shaving that time down before you know it!
