Sharons Victory's Journal, 22 October 2018

So I meal prepped every meal this week (breakfast, lunch, dinner) so I'm ready to reach GOAL WEIGHT!!!!! I am STILL in shock that I'm under 200...just unreal.

Right now I'm thinking 150lbs might be good...that's my sister's weight and she is very thin and wears a size 4 and me and her are the same height but I have smaller hands and feet but bigger hip bones...so we'll see.

And an observation...I just realized I'm meeting more guys in person instead of dating websites!!! I got asked out at that Halloween party and I just met a guy at the grocery store...even though neither worked out and I was sad about that just realizing that men are more attracted to me now is making me feel hopeful...yes I'm just doing me right now but I'm not gonna lie, having a partner in this life would be nice!

you got your plan fully in gear, great job! I think you would look great at whatever weight you decide to stop at. and enjoy your new dating routine, it really does take time to sort through things and find the right one. and remember there is another one right around the corner. there will be someone special out there that will appreciate you

Great job! You got this! Just throwing this out there, I hit a 'plateau' around 180. I was in the 180s for like two months. For me, I had to adjust my program. Just putting that out there to say you WILL do this. Not quitting is the ONLY thing you need to deal with in my opinion.
