That’s not a bad increase with the dairy. I do this as well after milk or ice cream.

yep it is amazing I am at least 1000 calories down on my average RDI for the past 7 to 8 days and have logged to weight gains this week. what a difference my low ketones seem to make. not counting yesterday that is just a water gain. to a new week old plan next week!
