after a bad weight week I decided I needed a break this weekend. I broke my normal woe and we went out to dinner for a change. my husband misses taking me out and it was nice to splurge. we went to Longhorn and I got the parmesan crusted chicken without the bread crumbs and I had a little salad with my favorite dressing. I am dairy intolerant so I am paying for it with gas and weight gain, but it was worth it. this morning I feel much brighter mood wise. The weight will come off quickly enough. I will most likely have pan taco today to round out the dairy fix. LOL! My husband makes a mean pan taco with no shell, we both enjoy it.

even though I stayed well under my maintenance RDI yesterday and the day before I gained this happens when I have food that I have food sensitivities to. I had coffee too! so starting Monday I will get back to normal. I will be keeping my fat percentage up higher than the lean I attempted this week with bad results. Ribeyes are KING in my eyes! Have to restock my supply once I eat the last of the leaner t bones.

Sometimes you just-gotta-do-what-you-gotta-do :) Glad you had the time with your husband. Totally worth the 'price' (and yeah there is a price you had to pay) in my book :)

Glad you had a nice evening! Honestly I believe that we need to have a change sometimes. It helps us and can shock the body. Get things moving again. Can you have things like cottage cheese and cheddar cheese? I’m good with all cheese so far. Milk will have me ill. Ice cream will have the bloating, gas and lately ill as well. (And both run right through me!) This sucks because I really like ice cream lol. But I guess it helps with the diet!

Also, you are wrong. Strip steaks are King! Haha. To me anyway but hubby agrees with you. It’s an on going thing with us. I just ask for both and we are all happy. Fillets for the kids or ground.

can't have dairy Peeperjj but that does not stop me in a good spoiling for a break. having some today too, back to the routine on Monday! and I just can not enjoy a flat tasteless steak, I need lots well grilled fat to go with it.

ah chris I still stayed low carb and within my calories so the only thing off is eating some food I should not have. minor but very enjoyable!

Keilin for some people it does make them hold water weight. any food can alter your moods too if it is something you are sensitive to. I think the higher protein T bone did alter my mood and my does not satify me.
