weighed myself 3 times! ?????
127.1 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

triaby: I have no idea.. I think my weigh in yesterday was honestly water retention because I literally peed like a race horse yesterday.. LOL W4: water, water, water and lots of veggies.. I was pretty amazed too hence the 3 times on the scale..
