1200 Calories's Journal, 23 September 2018

Having trouble keeping the calories down since I added in more carbs. Don’t really feel like I’m overeating. Fruit and pasta are my downfalls.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
