Walked 5 miles. Starting a new OA group tomorrow..I mean I am setting up the group. Hoping to help myself and some folks with far more serious weight issues than I have. I am counting WW points..the old method from 2002 which makes sense to me. The new plan, while good is heavy on animal products and I am a vegan. Trying to walk 3.1 to 6.2 miles everyday.
