I am so grateful for fat secret...by tracking my calories as I go along through the day I am so much more aware of how much im putting into my mouth...with continued use I have no doubt i will reach my goals. I especially like the new recommended calorie detail which is most helpful. I think I have found it so hard to stick to diets in the past because I have always been eating far too little and it was impossible to maintain. My RDI is completely managable and will still help me have a steady loss...so although my new journey is just begining im feeling realy positve :)
