Got my new fridge and totally happy with the exchange. This one is the same size but will work much better for more freezer space. the fridge set up is better too than my last one. I adjusted all the shelves and have more tall space for beverages now.

I am doing pretty well with my maintenance this week. I have been testing to see where I am not being in ketosis and not exercising to help heal this past week. 1400 calories seems to be the sweet spot for my maintenance RDI with no exercise and no ketosis. I had a 1588 day after pushing it a little over the 1400 and that bounced me up. Average 1400 is a winner.

I stopped adding sugar to my eating 2 days ago so in a day or so I may end up back in ketosis.

Past two days I have been up at 2am, not ideal so I have been drinking too much coffee which I should not have to keep going during the day. I think my calories being too low 1200 and change may trigger this response. I am testing a few things before I start back exercising as I don't want to be underfeeding myself. I am within 2 pounds of my goal weight and don't need more weight loss, just fat loss now. The resistance work over time will take care of that.

your doing great 👍 ⭐ we're in this together! that exercise thing is hard to figure. some days I think the inflammation is all in my head.. then I wake up feeling like death. Im not sure how to tell when I can tolerate exercise or not. I know when I can't! haha. 🐾😝 enjoy the refrigerator, I cleaned mine! whoohoo.

I know I was overdoing it with the exercise and my lower calories, it was time to let the body rest and restart the process. I love pushing myself when exercising, but this time I will have a better idea how many calories I have to bump up to maintain my weight. Last time it was all about weight and fat loss. I have a belly to lose and muscles to build!

I think losing weight is the key for you right now, I have been watching your diet the past few days and noticed you are lower on protein and higher percentage wise on fat, that seems to trigger your weight loss this week, that combined with your lower calories. You may have found a winning combo Jenjabba.

Sounds like you are really figuring out what to do now that you are basically at the end of your weight loss - I'm sure you will have the exercise stuff all figured out soon - hope you are feeling better with the rest you are getting!

Doing pretty well Nikeit but I really do have to get some sleep tonight. wearing down with the up at 2 thing. I will try to eat a little more tonight

I realized a couple days into Keto how much I relied on carbs to make me tired and crash before bed. Carbs are always a roller coaster with me. With Keto I have a different sleep pattern and I have to watch how and when I eat so I can get to sleep. Maybe save a few carbs til late to get a spike and the drop in energy so you can get more sleep?

Sorry about your sleep issues - I hate it when I get up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep - puts me out of sorts for the whole next day - just kind of feels like I am going through the motions but not really present - sure hope you sleep well tonight!

I listen to audiobooks when I go to bed, and if I wake up during the night. Only problem is, I miss a lot of the story! You can set some players to shut off after a certain length of time, but don't turn your earbuds up loud -- it does affect hearing over time if they are too loud. It's better than stewing because you can't sleep.

I don't really have any carb's Marx, I am doing carnivore and that is basically zero carbs. been cheating with coffee this week those are all I have.

think of you're averaging that 1400 across the week, it really won't matter when a day's calories pushed up into the 1500s

now it doesn't as I was over for a few days, the last two I balanced it out and that is when I dropped the extra weight and did not sleep through the whole night.
