DAY 277.. GOOOOOD FRIDAY MORNING FS BUDDIES !!!!!..well..32 outside wind chill 22..just right for my morning walk..we are suppose to get some more snow again today..hopefully it will miss us and land in someone elses yard..hint! hint! ..lol.. i kno you all love snow more then me..i need dry sidewalks and roads to walk on..dont need that slick snow or ice slowing me down..tomow is weigh in day again..im hopin to see some gone again..but you just never know ...something that i have noticed..the flab on lower part of my tummy that hangs over my belt feels really soft..more so then it use to feel..and less of it to..lol..i kno its friday, but im really tired this weeek..been another fast week as all seem to be anymore..i kept up and busy yestrday and did 12347 total steps..i could tell, when i layed down last night, the first six hours i didnt even get up to go to the potty room..best sleep ive had in several days..only problm is ..its time to start another day..lol..and in a few minutes i will be gettin my layers on again and headed out the door for that eye opening morning refreshing walk..cant wait..i love going out in the mornings..smelling that clean fresh air..can smell the wood burning in the fireplaces..and can feel that morning air right before the sun comes up ..well enough of my ramblings...hope everyoen has a great weigh in this week, keep that body moving..its all gonna pay off...

ADDON: got my monring walk in..body was tired when i went to the gym but did 15 on treadmill and 20 on elliptical..then gave up..decided wasnt enough energy to keep workin out..so i left an came home..still need to make one more store..then gonna just take it easy..let my body have a break today..still no snow..so thats a good thing..lol..

the fat feels soft because there's less packed into that area??? No matter what, it's wonderful news!! the scale keeps going down, and you keep working hard!! I'm so proud of you, friend!
