Ok screw that other diet...I found a place today that integrates healthy eating and exercise...wow what a concept. They tell me to expect to lose 1-2lbs a week (which is healthy) and that I will probably have to eat at least 1500 calories a day...compared the the 500 a day on this starvation diet. I will also have 8 sessions with a personal trainer and the cost is the same as the starvation diet. Hmmm I think this one is going to work out much better..I actually get to get some carbs on this diet and have I get into a routine I can even incorporate one cheat meal a week (woohoo for pizza). So not only can I eat...I will also learn how to correctly workout for optimal weight loss and health.
