Day 1 with my personal trainer...today all we did was talk and he evaluated my core strength....apparently I have NONE. It was really sad, I was sweating after doing one exercise. So my new goal....build up my CORE strength. Also upping my calories, but it appears I'm still at 35-40% of my calories from Fat....grrrrr. Though I'm eating less than 40 grams of fat a day. Of course the fat I'm eating is "good" fat....so I wonder if that is okay?? Probably not. Well tomorrow I will try to work on getting my fat intake to 25% or less.
Was also told to only weigh myself once a month (if I can possibly stand it..however I"m going to have to ween myself off the scales...will probably try only once a week, then once every other week, then just once a month) because your weight is kind of an arbitrary number that fluctuates quite a bit...what is important is the inches...I will measure myself tomorrow (as soon as I find the tape) and put my numbers up here...then I can evaluate how much I lose that way.
