Well done, Did a 30 min class yesterday at my gym and was spent so after 55 classes of F45 you should be in relatively good shape. I will see how I find 45mins 2 weeks from now as that is the earliest I can give F45 a try right now.

6 classes a week hahahaha didn't take long to rack up 55. I would be up there with the fitter people in most my classes.
I really admire one of my trainers, what he can do is remarkable. Something to aspire to, he pushes me pretty hard and I lap up all of it.
F45 made me realise I am capable of more then I thought I was. I am physically getting smaller though which I'm not a huge fan of but that's due to this challenge
