I've often wondered about this! Clicking and popping seems to have increased since I've started working out, but it doesn't seem like it's a big deal unless there's pain...

I hear popping kind of noises in my ribcage when I am working out. It does concern me, but as you say if there is no pain, I just take care to be smoother in my motions.

Hmmm.... really conflicting studies out there on crepitus.... the music your joints make... surely I’m gonna go with it could be increased mobility 😎👍🏻 Some cases is a precursor to arthritis- but since no pain (v important) probably just a release of tiny pockets of gas in your joints! Same as when one pops or cracks their fingers or neck...

With my granny hip however, it crunches (bone spurs) and clunks (dislocation, misalignment) so that’s a little more of a party.
