That's probably a cheat meal, which I used to eat but I think that's the reason I put weight back on, but it can be done with a cheat meal.

IF the portions are small enough, and depending on what the rest of the day looks like, ANYTHING can be worked into a weight lost diet. And this looks yummy!

That looks delish! For keto I would only change the mac n cheese to spaghetti squash and cheese or summer squash. Hey have you ever tried breading your chicken with natural pork rinds? OmG...so good!

Rosio, true, but a qualification leading this post would have been helpful. Most of us here are here due to meals like this. Just being honest, which often is condemned or misunderstood here. I do agree once in a while for anything isn't a deal breaker :)
