I just recently found this app. I currently count weight watcher points and thinking about stopping going to the meetings so eventually I would lose their app. Trying to find a new way. Is this a good way to count calories below? Do you recommend this? Thank you

If you like to have total control cause of something goes wrong you can lose it. or because you just like total control. The first way of eating is ideal, same amount of calories each day (the amount of calories depends on person height, sex, activity level

If you exercise eating a bit more on days to exercise makes total sense

And if you are like me and can eat low calorie intake during the week and party a little over the weekend and not go past your calorie intake goal the last one is best 😏👌🏼🎉

You are welcome I recommend all of them depending on your preference (remember 1800 calories a day is an example. That number is determined by your sex, height, weight, activity level

Great.... I am female 46 years old, 5'2 currently 140 :( I have gained back 3 pounds. I exercise 5 to 6 days a week.

I prefer more calories on the weekends, although I would like to eat more when I exercise but it's hard for me to do it that way 😒
