If you follow the people I follow they will teach you about patience, about living with while on a diet, how not to feel deprived, how to create a good relationship with food. I was 200+ lbs now I’m 115-120lbs

Why don’t you eat 1650 calories a day for two weeks straight and than if you do not lose adjust

But remember you track the smallest lick, taste, pinch of food you eat. You do not taste anything if you don’t track it...this first two weeks are crucial cause you will either be motivated to continue or you will adjust calories

But instead of alcohol I eat roasted peanuts, boiled peanuts ,too many calories per cup 😐 They are soo good though 😋😋🥜🥜🥜

Thanks for all the info, I appreciate your time. I will keep you posted. Day 1 today 😊 1650 is my target. I already will be challenged were going to my mother in laws and we buy her lunch. I will have to go with some sort of salad or maybe chicken?
