Thanks for asking. Neck is healing slowly. Still pain, numbness and weakness. Both PT and pain anesthesia doc said it was time to talk to spine surgeon about more aggressive approaches. Been here before. I'll hear what they have to say and keep an open mind. In the meantime, I'm changing how I do everything so I can minimize need for surgical approach. Speaking of which....time to do pt exercises and do some cardio. Have a great day!
