😳 1.4 down? uhhh ok... wasn’t expecting that... Started menstruating yesterday so I figured I’d gain. Well I’ll take it!!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys! Sometimes the body is unpredictable lol I’m the same weight again today. Which I feel is a victory after eating 3 meals, the last one being the topping of 2 pieces of pizza and a bunch of naked wings 😁😁😁
