Going strong again...haven't been logging but been eating meal preps so basically the same thing I logged before...just being lazy.

Also been working out :)

I want to do a second workout in the evenings but I get soooo lazy and tired after work..any tips from low carbers for that? I say low carbers because a lot of websites advise having carbs...I'm thinking of trying to drink a diet soda before I go but I have to sleep by 8:30am to do my 5am workout so a little leery of consuming caffeine but maybe it's not enough to keep me up if it's just a soda?

Anyhoo...weight isn't dropping down as quickly as it usually does so thinking YEP...did gain! But oh well....this was my first gain since I began this journey and wont let it get me down cause I'm in this for the long haul right!? :)

Also...wanted to thank everyone again for their kind words and the private messages...you guys are the best cheerleaders ever you always know just what to say. I will always be grateful and give you all credit for contributing to my success :) much love to you all and rock it today!!! :)

Consistency matters. Twice a day would be hard for most people to do forever. You're making such good progress already. Maybe it's enough to acknowledge that you're on a path to a healthy rest of for life. My 2 cents. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

You are doing great without it, but a comfortable walk (pace and distance) would probably feel good. Maybe a 20-25 minute walk at a pace you an still have a conversation. Make your blood and lymph move around, visit the kidneys, liver and such. Helps your body clean up and balance out.

You are right - it is the long haul and your positive attitude will help you so much! Exercising twice a day - wow - good luck if you decide to!

I drink diet root beer, which has no calories or caffeine. Gets me going just as is!

If I do a brisk walk or a shot jog it will give me te energy to workout.
