Not at all. It's for calorie counting. That is how fat loss is attained. You can limit fat or carbs, either will have the same effect on fat loss.

@Alphanobeta not true at all. I devour Fruits like there is no tomorrow, and I am clean as a whistle. Added sugars are the enemy. Natural plant based and fruit based diet never has the consequences like processed foods does,and sometimes meats. Go look next time you are at the store. Added sugars and/or sweeteners are in everything. Even things we don't need then to be in. Especially Americans, have been duped by the food industry. They have us hooked on these sugars like a drug. Fruit isn't the enemy.

Haha! I did the exact same thing last night. Half a watermelon and a whole cantaloupe chopped up and ready to eat. Fast food!
