I was just thinking tonite about doing a steak roll like that but looked in fridge and had no romaine.

@mjgh06 - I used iceberg for this one - bought intentionally for this purpose - I was thinking it would roll easier - not really sure it did. It tasted good!

yeah Iceburg is a little harder unless you use the big leaf part. Try using some cream cheese as the 'glue' to keep it rolled right.
