So close to 20 # but, not quite there. Didn't make it to the gym yesterday - work got in the way. There's a chance of rain here today so I'm not sure if we'll get out kayaking - this makes me sad. I'm not sure I have it in me to say I'm going to the gym - but maybe. Hubby's wanting to go downtown this afternoon, so I might beg off and get them to drop me at the gym while they do that... We'll see.
180.2 lb Lost so far: 19.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
