In the excitement of reaching my 1st goal, I ate this weekend.Sounds messed up, but somehow, the old Amy came back and justified it...Anyhoo, back focused today as I still have 4 1/2 days until next weigh in. Should be able to get at least a lb down. Will stay very focused and do extra time on treadmill to undo what I ate this weekend...Scale still showing 200, so my weight didn't pay the price for my indulgance. I think that what I tend to feel guilty for is not as bad as it was in the past. Even when I "cheat", it's not a full fledge binge as it used to be. I had a potatoe bun on my burger(not veggie one either), had mac and cheese, but only a few bites. I think that this transformation mentally has finally sunk in, so when I say I cheated, it was truly a cheat, but not in the amount it used to be. Not enough to hit the scale, but still feels guilty. I guess that's a good thing... time is helping me deal with my eating issues. It will all work out...

So, dust off, drink a ton of water, don't look back and get back behind that wheel and drive!! You have a beautiful chart and I'm sure you'll be shaking it off just fine! :) Can't do no good about beating yourself up over it, so chin up and movin' on!! :) BURN RUBBER BABY!!

Good for you! Even in his book, Agatston, says that it is fine to indulge every once in a while as long as it is a few bites here and there. Besides, too much deprival and you may over indulge. Keep up the great work!

i agree with bt..drink lots of water flush yourslf out..stay positive and keep on movin..

Doesn't sound like you went to mad, which is a good thing. You need to get some non-food rewards lined up, so you have something to treat yourself with. I have a spreadsheet listing the reward I've lined up for each of my 1/2 stone mini goals (mine are all beauty treatments - that really keeps me focused! Have a great week and good luck for Saturday's weigh-in!

doesn't sound messed up, I can totally relate. the weight loss seems so easy that I find myself unconsciously letting myself eat more at times. but like you its just a little more and not a ton more, thank goodness. anyway, you're doing great... good point that time is helping!
