Happy with these results - last tape measure recording July 10th. (was intending to do this weekly but forgot...)

The heat broke overnight - it's a beautiful, chilly 18 C / 64 F outside right now - have to go to town to pick up a couple things - going to hit the gym and enjoy the power of perspiration while i'm there. I'll get back for brunch about 11:30 then hopefully the skies stay clear and we get out in the kayaks this afternoon. Hope everyone has a great day 8-)

Quick share - This journey is new for me and so far most of my meals have been either at home, or made at home to take with lunches... easy peasy. My job takes me on the road for most weeks September - November - gone Monday through Friday, staying in hotels, and we'll be going away for a week in August - also staying in a hotel - not ideal for control. (I'm figuring out just how much control i need in order to make this work)... KETO. So, I ordered powdered MCT Oil for when I'm travelling - figured it's better than hauling around my bottle of liquid oil in a zip-lock bag - the thought of it leaking and being wasted would drive me nuts. The powder dissolves much better when using a blender so I decided I'd pick up a small personal sized blender that's light-weight to toss in my suitcase. No sooner had I made that decision then a baby bullet pops up on my Facebook Marketplace for $10 - the universe is working with me folks! Not only will I have the tiny blender, I'll have tiny containers to either transport my powders (mct & protein), and/or freeze small portions of my fav KETO sauces, coconut milk/cream etc. so I can take just what I need out of the freezer... Picking it up in town this morning.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
