Nearly done with the bloat and I’m a lill surprised to see such a loss since I ate so much the last two days. Hormone fluctuations bring out that desire to munch, munch, munch! Can’t wait to get back to normal
169.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have purposely raised my calories and protein and finally seem to have broken my stall. I went up to 137 and now down to 134.4. sometimes you just need to change things up. You have done an awesome job on your weight loss.

Keilin I have that problem too. Once I start eating it can be hard to not think about food, unless I’m not home or I’m super busy. Baskington you raise an interesting point... I think I’ll test that out the next time I stall.

Probably and remember when I was constatly bitching about not losing any weight (for 2 weeks! Lol) I got complacent and ended up baking a batch of Keto peanut butter cookies which really increased my calories for a couple of days and Bam! Starting losing weight again.

when a considerable amount of weight is loss we need to relook at things when we hit a stall. sometimes our bodies are telling us something and we were not really listening. It took me a while to figure it out.
