Lift Day Weigh-In
9.4% @ 194.2#
18.3# Fat
Waist = 32 1/2"

The rapid BF drop is not feeling credible. Seems to be coming far too easily now given how difficult the grind to under 10% was. For those who geek on this kinda sh^t, I measure with a BodyMetrix unit (ultrasound) using the Jackson-Pollock 3-site formula for estimate. The only measurement site of the three that is moving at this point is the waist, which is taken just off the belly button, dead in the heart of stubborn fat land. I guess it is possible that I finally got lean enough elsewhere to start losing that, but skepticism is the order of the day with these things.

Although it has only been four days, I am feeling like my weight range is stable and sustainable and like I have an opportunity here to grind off some of this remaining lower back and belly fat that hasn't seen the light of day since high school. Yesterday, I ate all simple carbs, btw. Felt like shit, bloating waist, disappearing abs, but interestingly less hungry than when I ran zero carbs on my last rest day. Both days Cals < 900. Fat loss unaffected...

Gonna continue lifting EOD, eating on lift days, flex dieting on rest days, but am going to tune up the diet and drop Rest Day KCals... Maybe some fasted LISS again on Rest Days.

Lift Days = Lean Protein + Yams/Salad/Veggies; lower fat; hi cal
Rest Days = Fast (Shake or Steak; if dying)

Let's go!
