21st gear during two stretches of uphill this morning. Take that as a sign that my muscles are happier with the 115 gram range of daily protein. These bicycle rides turn useful for figuring out my need.

Just set new goal weight. I have no lean-me reference weight to go by, so it's a guessing game at this point.
