Keeping busy or distracted! "One day" projects - things I'm going to get to one day... I use these when I've already done some exercise, played with the dog and done my meal prep. These are good to keep me busy or distracted when I'm just thinking about food - usually between the 11th & 16th hour mark when I'm doing IF - easier done at home than at work.... Please no judgement on my list - I dare everyone to share theirs 8-)

Corners - you know the ones that never get dusted/cleaned properly
Under furniture and the tops of cabinets (our cleaning lady never does this)
Ceiling fans - I try to do these the day before the cleaning lady comes - when I get them LOL!
The fridge - it feels good to clean it out completely
Defrost the 8 year old freezer - I hate doing this job but it feels good, and I get rid of stuff in the process
Junk drawers - I have 3 in the kitchen alone - another in the work room, and my night table
Desk - mine has become a place to dump things I'm not sure where to put - it's in a room I don't use...
Closet floors - where the dust-bunnies and dog-hair balls multiply
Closets - clothes - things that either never fit right, weren't the right colour or just don't fit now
Mending - it's an old fashioned thing to do but some clothes are worth it - and I really hate shopping for new ones.
Closet shelves - who needs 5 ball caps and 13 winter scarves - I keep a donation box in the garage and drop it off at my favourite charity store when it's full - I'm in the purge stage of life.
Kitchen cupboards - I found a few food things I think I moved into this house with (8 years ago)... that can't be healthy
Gardens - something I should pay way more attention to - my gardens need about 4 days of weeding but it's a job I truly hate - when i do it I try to go at it for an hour at a time, take a break, and go back at it... If I had my way we'd get rid of most of them and just put in grass - hubby maintains the lawns 8-)
Hobbies too - crochet, photography, yoga, painting, houseplants, outdoor potted plants
