Good Tuesday morning...been raining most of morning..woke up hurting......just wasn’t working today...broke down an took oxycodone...just trying not to take them if ibprophen will work..

Just got off recumbent bike..did a 50 min...16.5mile ride...maui workout...was a sweaty workout..even with fans going...

Not sure what rest of day holds..11am...and with rain..a nap sounds good about now..just hate to get in a nap habit...

Well.. gonna turn on a meditation..close my eyes..take a power nap..
