Good Monday morning..been listening to veloharmony on you tube...or www.veloharmony.com it’s a guy that is into eating right and cycling...even shows how to make banana bread health to take on longer rides..

First day of therapy on Wednesday...I’m ready..

Been trying to ride recumbent bike more..have noticed harder to sit in recliner when I get out of bed.. if I don’t get the daily leg movement...headed to bike soon as I journal..get the endorphins set free...

Rain again tonight..guy coming to cut grass today...all the neighbors cut theirs yesterday...all I was thinking was if I wasn’t in a sling.. I would of already had mine looking nice to...yes I know...all in due time...

Well... tea is almost gone.. time to walk into fitness room an get on recumbent bike and get some kind of ride in..

Just finished a 30minute...10.6 mile workout on recumbent bike...not riding he bike I prefer to be on this early in the morning...but only one I’m able to safely get on an off...the way it is for now...
