Thanks guys, I have miracle noodles, cauliflower and spinach. I was thinking tuna with mayo on a couple of celery stalks, for lunch and maybe chicken wings with spinach for dinner to up my fat and protein without adding a lot of carbs. I really appreciate your suggestions. Today’s weigh in 192.5 from 215 lbs. I’ve lost 22.5 lbs. in 49 days!! WOOT WOOT!

I think the body produces carbs no matter even if you dont consume any at all..The body is amazing in what it can do to survive

I do eat between 20 to 25 net carbs per day. That’s @ 40-50 total carbs. I make sure to get my vitamins and fiber. I just wanted low carb suggestions to keep within my suggested macros, which have been working for me
Down 22.5 lbs in 49 days and feeling grrrreat.

I crave fruit on the weekend and allow myself the taste and yes it is worth it. I think it is my body asking for the natural treat and helps me resist the evil white stuff (sugar)! So I will allow myself a fruit on the weekends :-) Seems to taste so much better also!
