Yesterday the stress won me, hoping to make better decisions today.

I should update my weight in, to remind myself what happens when I eat over my calories, but I am without the scale, I will be home until Sunday afternoon

It’s done ✅ it’s not gonna destroy all the progress u have achieved🙌🏼 The only thing, if u want to lose weight don’t make this a normal thing 😉

Thank you Rosio, I am feeling good today,I am trying to eat better than yesterday 😊Somehow, now I'm "skinny-fat" I'm trying to lower my body fat( 26% - 27% ) 20% is a good number to me , I will do it gaining muscles, maybe, don't have the right answer yet

I decided to count the calories to face my fears, I no longer panic like the first time I counted 2000+ hahaha ​​and yes yesterday my day was better. How are all y'all doing? 😊
