Today/tonight is the second anniversary of my dad's passing. It's harder now that I'm not as angry and I miss the dad I had growing up. I'm beginning to be able separate the man from the mental illness that made him such a challenge to keep safe. Eating on plan so far, will walk or swim tonight to keep things positive. I think if he were here, and in his right mind, he'd be proud. I have to remember that. There are a few things I still haven't dealt with yet, but I will, eventually. It's a matter of priorities.
