Ok so I was suppose to weigh in today and I decided not to. I didn't feel confident enough to step on the scale. I have been eating less than 500 calories during the week. I have just made the decision to give myself time to lose the weight. I have too many expectations of myself and and from now on I am going to set a goal that by the end of 3 months I must have lost 20kg. I think that's realistic enough. The scale sometimes can be deceiving and can work negatively on ur mental set. No more weekly weigh in's only monthly weigh in's so Ill track my weight loss by the 20th of June.

Not sure if I read right are you eating less than 500 calories a day? If so please stop that is to little calories to eat every day. I did 5:2 IF where i only ate 500 calories twice a week and the rest of the week between 1200 - 1600 calories and I managed to lose a total of 40kgs in 18 months. I have picked up 10kgs since I stopped smoking but I know I will drop that quickly. Good Luck with your weight loss Journey...

I totally agree with Kimmy321! When I was sticking to 1600 calories a day I lost weight consistently so I don't think it's sustainable to continue on such a huge calories deficit. Also if you start with more calories you have space to reduce a bit when or if you hit a plateau.

That's my goal too 😌 but also if I have a craving I have it. Last night I had an oreo ice cream and a 5star chocolate 😂 but back on track today 💪

The scale can be very daunting a lot of the times. Know that we're all on this journey together, you are not alone. We go through the same challenges, fears, failures and victories.But please eat. Sending you hugs and support

Thank you for all the support. I will increase my calorie intake. Luckily winter time allows u to lose weight easily because you have spring to look forward to.

Please eat! You shouldn't be cutting more than 500kcal from your daily needs. At this rate you'll be more prone to unhealthy snacking.
