zaquishaaa's Journal, 06 June 2018

So today I decided to increase my calorie intake. I was feeling so weak. I even had a cup of coffee with milk and sugar. Which I don't normally take. I think its okay to allow myself to shed the 15kg by the end of July?? I don't know if maybe thats too much wishful thinking but I'm so committed I wont let anything stand in my way...55 days to go.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 June 2018:
221 kcal Fat: 14.97g | Prot: 14.97g | Carb: 7.83g.   Breakfast: Woolworths Hot Mango Atchar, Mushrooms, Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg with Mushrooms. more...

Don't put so much pressure on yourself I doubt you packed on 15kg in 2 months. Just make healthy choices everyday. Absolutely cut out junk and limit processed foods but don't starve yourself.

she started at 60.5kg down to her goal weight 57.8kg...she knows nothing about weight loss struggles. I'm not surprised that she would hide her profile and put such a senseless comment on FatSecret.

My exact sentiment. She was spreading hate and when she was called out she ran. Instead of speaking to people and finding things out she throws shade at those who dont even know it!! I understand the struggle with weight! Thats why i woupd never condemn those for cutting cal. Ive done it myself.

Well done for being determine to lose the weight. I don't put a date on when to lose the weight because your body can be stubborn and we all lose weight in differently. You don't want to set up a goal and then get disappointed of not getting it. As long as you lose weight, some weeks stay still but not pick up. I think 15kg can be done in 3 months.
