Not happy about this. But I have been eating freely and whatever I wanted for the last several months. So things should/could have been worse!
I weighed myself today for the first time in a long time...
I was fully clothed, drank a LOT of water (it’s real hot here today), two cups of coffee with only heavy cream and a small handful of almonds (14 to be exact)...
I weighed myself when I did to chart my fluctuation... the good news is that I should only be going down from here... 🤷♀️
