Not happy about this. But I have been eating freely and whatever I wanted for the last several months. So things should/could have been worse!

I weighed myself today for the first time in a long time...

I was fully clothed, drank a LOT of water (it’s real hot here today), two cups of coffee with only heavy cream and a small handful of almonds (14 to be exact)...

I weighed myself when I did to chart my fluctuation... the good news is that I should only be going down from here... 🤷‍♀️
148.0 lb Lost so far: 19.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@doobrie I am really hoping so!! That’s one reason I figured “might as well weigh myself now”... a “drop” may be motivation for me!!

Thanks all! I can’t wait to catch up with everyone!!! I also can’t wait to get things back under control. I had such great self control the first time around... second time around I wasn’t seeing results as quickly and lost motivation and Life and stress and ptsd got in my way... Third times a charm right?! Well I am quite determined to lose these pounds and feel better about my self and my health!!! So here we go!!!
