Sooo this doesn’t shock me. I have slowed down on my weight loss... but I have also indulged in Foods I probably shouldn’t have over the last two weeks, I have had nachos, gf pizza, French fries and beef soup with potatoes and beans... 😱

Writing it out makes me feel way worse. It’s so easy to cheat and not log and try not to think about it. But admitting I failed my WOE kinda sucks. But I didn’t gain... so is this a NSV?!

I have been mega cleaning the house. I joined Norwex as a consultant because I fell in love with this stuff. So I haven’t been on the computer or couch and I have been cleaning like a mad woman 👍 maybe that’s why I didn’t gain...

I have also had to donate several pairs of pants because even though the scale isn’t moving I notice my midsection shrinking and pants falling off in public is kinda frowned upon... 🤷‍♀️
138.9 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don’t joke...that actually happened to ME! LOL My daughter laughed at my mortification! 😉Luckily I was wearing a pair of men’s boxer briefs under my jeans when they worked their way off my hips, down my butt and iff my legs while my hands were full of my cane and grocery bags. 🤦🏻‍♀️My daughter was rolling on the ground and had to pick up the jeans as she walked behind me with the other bags. Because, of course with syncope, if I’d bent over to pick them up, I would have joined them on the ground. So it was left to me to blithely sail on to my door as if I didn’t notice my pants were lying in a forlorn pile in the middle of the street all by themselves. 🙇🏻‍♀️

@smp I’m sorry but I did laugh! Oh man. But sorry that happened to you!!! Mine have fallen enough that I had to do some squat action to prevent them from falling below my butt! Luckily I wear long tees/tunics usually. I have started to wear yoga pants a lot more often because they fit better than jeans right now!

I’ve noticed my boxers are loose on my hips now... because my hips basically don’t exist anymore lol. Fat loss is great but, I also need to buy more clothes... on the plus side, once I start putting weight on again I’ll fit back into them better in the future lol. That could be a good idea for motivation/inspiration to keep going, get clothes you want to wear and hang em where you can see and be like “in X weeks IM FITTING MYSELF INTO THOSE DAMN JEANS OR IM RIPPING EM AT THE SEAMS!” Lol 😂
