This morning I felt very satisfied with my new body, my little jeans are fitting better than the last month, I know that this last month the fat of my belly has reduced, I do not know if I lost or gained weight these last weeks because I want to rest from the scale for a month, I was becoming a little obsessed with it, I'm still counting calories and trying to include more salad in my menus. Now the most important thing for me is to reduce my body fat.


P.S. Those who have a bicycle and do not use it, I want to tell you that you have no idea what you are missing, I ride my bicycle 3- 5 days a week and my legs are changing, I can see my new muscles in them 😊😊

My diet does not have a name, I have been eating a little bit of whatever I want and I respect what everyone here decides to eat, but I know that when I eat less junk food, my body fat decreases. it's how I did it last year.

I love cycling as a form of exercise. Monday I rode 15 miles in the spitting rain and felt like a kid again. I can definitely feel the difference in energy level when I ride vs when I don't. If you don't have one, try to get a Polar Flow with heart rate monitor. It is great for tracking miles, pace, laps, heart rate, and a whole lot more. I love mine and would highly recommend. When you are done, you can log your exercise time in Fat Secret and see the caloric deficit which should lead to body fat reduction. Keep up the positive attitude!

Oh yes! I want the BMW Can Am Spyder but my daughter says I am not allowed to spend her inheritance on such foolishness. Bummer— I thought it was a great idea. Hehehehe

Thanks guys for your support, that means a lot to me😊 Here we are like a family (a fat family😛) fighting the same battle. 10 miles + is amazing, I ride most the time 5, 8 a few times without him (my son don't want to ride with me that long) Good luck everyone!
