It's so sad , I am trying really hard to educate myself, stop eating when I am full is not easy for me 😐 (It's stupid) I wonder; Am I the only one who do this?? I am trying to not go over my calorie intake during the weekends because I don't want to be sad on Mondays . I AM TRYING 😂

Looking at your stats, you seem to have been doing SOMETHING right. Now it's just a matter of control and will. A lot of times when we're close to a finishing point we get loose and a bit lazy because we think we can. You have to keep goals in sight and in mind at ALL times. Especially seeing how far you've personally come... it shows you know HOW, you just have to keep on with the DOing. *hugs'n squishes* You got this. ☺

Weekends used to be my biggest failing. Weekends require different planning and different strategies or 'rules of behavior' than a routine M-F workweek. The biggest problem is they have so much variety; one weekend is not like the next or the previous. So the 'rules' have to be more flexible AND tougher. For me, I eat five meals a day M-F, and only two or three on S-S. If I behave, that is. Adequate sleep plays a big role. You have to find a 'weekend' plan that works for you, and then commit. Unfortunately, I understand the kitten.
