Baseball game made me break my diet
218.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it will come off. give it a day or 2. be kind to your self. you would have to eaten 12,950 calories at the ball game to have gained that much weight. drink your water and you will flush it down the drain in a couple of days! :) be encouraged. don't beat yourself up.

Thank you for the advice but I really put in the work today I made up for it. I ran 1 miles in 10 minutes with an incline on the treadmill which was great in my books. Did a high intensity spinning session (stationary bike) for 45 minutes. After work I went to the gym did a regular workout to warm up my muscles focusing on my chest and triceps then did another run for another 15 minutes with an incline but a nice steady jog. I then went for an outdoor bike ride since it was a beautiful day out 4.58 miles. I was determined to shred all those beers and pretzels I eaten. Thanks for the support friends and I will continue my journey tomorrow!!!
