Feeling good, I am losing weight, slowly but surely. I am eating, and I am hungry, but I hate, absolutely hate to diet. Is so restricted, and I can't stand it. But I want to lose weight so I must. My first goal is 240 pounds and it seems an eternity to get there. So I don't exercise at all. I better do something about it soon.

Water? Iced tea? Raw veggies? Please try some things to keep you feeling fun and most of all keep finding things to do all day. Find a friend to support you in the neighborhood and avoid negative people.😃
