happy with new progress!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 94.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1353 kcal Fat: 84.02g | Prot: 84.02g | Carb: 72.70g.   Breakfast: Sugar Free French Vanilla Creamer, Fried Egg, truvia - nature's calorie-free sweetener (40 3.5g packets), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Green Snap Beans, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Venison/Deer Steak, Extra Lean Ground Beef. Dinner: Red Onions, Cheddar Cheese, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Cherry Tomatoes, All Natural Chunky Salsa (Mild), Light Ranch Dressing, Cucumber (with Peel). Snacks/Other: Dry Roasted Almonds, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Advantage Morning Cranberry Almond Bar, Crunchy Dill Pickles. more...
