Had an interesting experience last night. I picked up my 2 weights, 18 pounds total, to bring upstairs to put away. By the time I got to the top of the stairs, my legs were complaining from the strain. That 18 is about what I lost, so the loss has definitely reduced some serious stress on my joints and ligaments. It was a coincidence, but very encouraging. Down, down, down! Changed up the smoothie to have sweet potato instead of avocado and added some ginger. I love ginger. Very tasty. Dancing tonight, giving away some candles that I will never use, and posting a chair for sale tonight on a yard sale site. My mom's neighborhood yard sale got canceled so now she won't be pressuring me to bring my stuff to her place 20 miles away. Had a really bad response last year so it would be carting the stuff there and then carting 90% back and sitting around for 4 hours haggling with people who don't want what I am selling anyway. Many vegetables for lunch today, and then steak for dinner! Have a great Thursday.
