So it's Tuesday and the scale is still showing a 4 pound gain from Saturday which just doesn't make any sense. So, I'm going to keep the calories low again today and work out as soon as I get home instead of late like I usually do. After I work out I'm going to clean our bedroom from top to bottom. Maybe a walk after dinner with the dogs too. I noticed when I put my tank top and shorts on last night that I have a clearly defined waist...Hello, old friend!!!

Good work! Ignore that scale and focus on that waist! Fantastic! I tried a workout video yesterday that told me to find my core and move from my center...LOL! WHAT!?! Is it possible that maybe I was made without one OR maybe my goal should now be, don't stop moving until I can identify my core! :) Keep up the good work!!

Oh, lol, that is hilarious OddsAgainstMe! It reminds me of the first time I did 8 minute abs and the guy says, "you should feel this right in your glutes"...where?! Do I have any? All I feel is flab!!!

Is it hormonal? Because it used to drive me nuts for a while when I couldn't figure out why I was sometimes not losing or even gaining even though I did everything right. But then I did some mental math and figured out that it always happen the week before TOM. I had also learned since then that it's different for every woman, some have the "stall" the week of or the week after TOM. Does that sound like a possibility? In any case, I hope you don't let it get you down. Good job on giving yourself "kudos" for the waist definition! We are often too quick to berate and too slow to praise ourselves. Have fun walking the dogs. It's too windy for me to walk my dog right now and I'm hoping it will calm down before it's too dark.
